Rental Rate is $650.00. In addition to the rent there will be a $200.00 security deposit of which $100 is refunded within 30 days if nothing is damaged and the post is cleaned properly. No charge for the kitchen or bar facilities. You may bring your own food and beverage. The $100 refund will be mailed back after the event. A discount for veterans is available.
